Ibis Hotel Brussels Off Grand'Place

Good location and comfy room, but noisy outside made it hard to sleep.

Hotel was nice and brilliant, we appreciated this place.

The daily service was polite.

Location is excellent.

Very small and not cozy room. Breakfast isn't worth its money.

Super location, all close by, breakfast perfect, clean rooms, staff at a height! Excellent choice for Brussels!

I faced several frustrating issues. There was no toilet tissue in my room upon check-in, and despite multiple calls to the front desk, no one ever answered. When I informed them later, I was assured it would be addressed, but when I returned, the problem persisted, leading me to seek assistance in person. I found the sound insulation in my room lacking. I could hear every door slam and conversations from the hallway. The absence of a coffee maker was a letdown for a 3-star hotel.

The location is outstanding... we walked everywhere from the hotel. The room was tiny, one side had no night table. The staff was courteous and helpful. Clean , nice facility. It was fine for one night, but I would not want to spend more time there.

Cleanliness of the room was reasonable, but far from perfect (noticeable presence of mould in the bathroom) and staff not very helpful. They have quite a sloppy way of keeping track of bookings and it took us a long time convincing them that we actually did book a room.....

The location of the hotel was excellent! There is so much to see and do within walking distance, I highly recommend staying here for a night or two and would definitely stay again.

There was very little ventilation in the room and we were unable to open the window. This may have been due to being on the very top floor, so there may not be much the hotel can do to fix this.

Kind of expensive comparing to other Ibis hotels

Reasonably spacious room and modern facilities. Unbeatable and super location, right next to Rue des Bouchers Street.

The location was ideal for a short stay and the general size and space was quite good. Booking in was good and early morning call and taxi call efficient and effective.

A/C did not work and room and corridors quite stufffy. Location noisy ifg windows need to be open.
